THE YEAR AHEAD!

We’re now well on our way into 2017, and so far so good from my end! I recently read a blog which quoted 2016 with a famous line from Charles Dickens ‘It was the best of times. it was the worst of times’ , and it really summed the year up for not only myself I’m sure….

I’ve been thinking what to expect with the new year. I’m not one for New Years resolutions (and I know I’m not alone with this), but I am one who loves change- and a new calendar year is one way to kick-start your head into a new space!

It’s a great time to get unstuck from any kinda rut you might think you’re in, and to break any habits you’ve been trying to free yourself from.
