Ever since that pivotal moment in music history in 1969 when the infamous Woodstock festival was held outside of NYC, festival fashion has become quite ‘a thing’. Back then a festival was about being free, listening to music with your pals and 500,000 others , getting dirty in a muddy field whilst indulging in some alcohol, and not worrying that you might be tagged in a pic as a ‘what not to wear’ moment for socials fodder.

Since the dawn of social media we are force fed what style we should be wearing to a festival, but I think it’s missing the point!! Yes music and fashion on socials go hand in hand, but in reality the best fashion moments come from those who are there to express their personal style, not what every shop on the planet is telling us is ‘the look’!!!
