I don’t know about everybody else freezing their asses off in Oz at the mo, but I’m feeling a bit of the grass is greener syndrome scrolling through my insta feed and seeing all the amazing summer holidays being enjoyed by friends & celebrities!!! Even Childish Gambino dropped some more tracks off his new record last week titled ‘Summertime Magic’ & ‘Feels Like Summer’ which is definitely rubbing salt in the wound!! I don’t wanna sound whiny as I’m having a bunch of fun at the moment despite the temps, but oh how I long to feel some Summer rays on my skin!! I’m hoping that in Byron this weekend for the SITG music festival the weather gods will be smiling :)
I can’t wait when the occasion calls again for a summer frock or shorts to attend a late evening summer BBQ with an icy margarita in hand, or to just simply not have to think about wearing a jacket & scarf to have the guts to walk out into the freezing air!!
