IT’S ALWAYS THE RIGHT OCCASION TO DRESS UP!!!

Do you have amazing pieces in your wardrobe that you think you've never had the right time to wear yet? Still trying to find that ‘special’ time to pluck it from the darkness of your closet and give a spin on the street? Why wait???? Anything can be street-wear appropriate if you re-program your brain!!

When getting dressed for the day to day this week I decided to give some of those abandoned pieces that I’ve thought too fancy to go to the shops in, or too over the top to the school run in a go in a more casual glamour way, and you know what - I think that’s what they have always been destined for!! By changing my opinion on the context, these pieces have given me a exciting & fun re-visioned way at getting dressed for everyday!!!

I teamed some gold VTG Gucci culottes that I’ve always wondered what I’d do with, white Stan Smiths & a band tee and the look rocked. On another recent occasion to go get the groceries I combined these Isabel Marant coloured boots that I’ve only ever worn to events like the ARIA’s (Australia’s music awards) with some cut-off denim shorts and a crisp white shirt, and the boots I tell you looked better than ever!!!
