THE LENGTHS WE GO TO!!

Midi, maxi, mini, mid, modest????
In my opinion the biggest thing to look at is what trend you see working on you. If you’re petite, perhaps a shorter style works best to elongate your frame, and if you have height, midi to maxi has an elegant line to accentuate your physique in a fab way.
Have a play in front of the mirror with some fabric holding it at different lengths on your leg to see which hemline accentuates your specific body shape. Think about what you would wear and accessorise the style with. If you like your legs but like a longer style, go for side splits or a pencil style so people can see your pins!!
What age do you need the skirt hem to start falling? I think personally everyone knows when it’s time to try something else. Fashion now is ageless, but not tasteless. Michael Kors famously said ‘I think a lot of women have too many miniskirts in their closets’. If you’ve stuck to the same style for years, you may be fabulously surprised trying out a new length on you.
