Have you been looking at your current style under the microscope? I’ve been reading quite a few blogs of late that are throwing around the question of dressing motivation. Is the satisfaction of getting dressed in the act itself, or in the experience of the outfit being witnessed? It’s such an interesting thought in these current times, when so much of 2020 we have spent hidden from the public eye with the exception of exercising & grocery shopping.
Of course thanks to technology we have all stayed connected via the various streaming and social platforms. I’m sure there are plenty of people out there that found an urgency to share their ‘at home' looks as evidence that they really are making an effort sans a fashion outfit audience!
What’s your ultimate incentive for getting dressed each day? I can honestly say that my incentive for style is for me. I don’t think personal style is something that needs to be seen by others, if you think you look good, you exude confidence & a glow that is so important for all aspects of your mental health!
