I’ve always been a fan of Lauren Hutton’s style. She looks amazing in the most basic tee, boyfriend shirt, safari suit, sexy dress, whatever the dress code she rocks it in her own way!
Lauren has never been pigeon-holed to one career, whether appearing as a timeless beauty on the cover of Vogue, which she did 41 times as the first toothy gap model who paved the way for others like Georgia May Jagger and Lara Stone; or acting in a plethora of movie roles, classics like The Gambler or American Gigolo, not to mention her various television characters in shows like Paper Dolls and Falcon Crest.
She was the new emerging female role model, one of the new wave of independent woman of the sixties; cheeky, confident, stylish and bold!
Lauren oozes confidence and isn’t at all caught up in the ‘beauty business’. She has aged gracefully and looks all the better for it. She famously said "We have to be able to grow up. Our wrinkles are our medals of the passage of life. They are what we have been through and who we want to be. I don't think I will ever cut my face, because once I cut it, I'll never know where I've been."
